My research suggests that is the 52 storey F&F Tower with a spire that reaches 232.7 m. Its an office twist-scraper according to skyscraperpage.com It was originally called revolution Tower.
By comparison, Calgary's The Bow (Encana) tower is a few meters taller 236 and 58 stories tall. The Bow will have 49 elevators, while the F&F tower boasts only 5 luxury elevators - must be more than that though.
